The platform primarily provides public digital cultural services to citizens. Citizens can use various
terminals to book activity tickets, sign up for art training, reserve cultural facilities and venues, participate in online art exhibitions, and join amateur art groups. Through big data analysis, the platform understands citizens' preferences and distribution levels, providing high-quality and convenient public digital cultural services.

2.1 Smart Data Display Platform
1. Module Configuration: Provides administrators with the ability to customize the display, allowing for diverse and rich content on the data wall.
2. Log Management: Offers comprehensive log management, recording platform operation data, administrator operation data, and other transactional data to ensure the long-term stable operation of the big data platform.
3. Access Control: Provides hierarchical access control, enabling administrators with different privileges to have different operational permissions, facilitating clear delegation of tasks and easier management.
4. Review Management: Provides review management for display data submitted by administrators and user-generated data to ensure civilized display.

It also allows citizens to directly access the list of branch venues and learn about other branch venues.

Cultural News: Displays dynamic information from cultural institutions at all levels, including platform news, activity news, training news, venue news, intangible cultural heritage news, MOOC news, institutional news, and team news, facilitating citizens' understanding of the latest information from various cultural institutions and promoting information sharing.
